Need new fork oil for the wing, whats the best to use?

The manuals say toy use ATF.
I run 20 wt fork oil with Progressive springs.

I run ATF with non-progressive springs, works fine.

I have used both (with progressive) and have noticed no differance.I asume the reason honda spec ATF is because it is what was availble then.Use what ever you prefer.The big improvement came with the Progresive coils.
