I snyc Stella's carbs last fall and to tell the truth it did not make much difference ( They were pretty close to start with)
So I seem to remember back in the day when I was a teenager riding and racing dirt bikes (way back) one of the guys rode a 305 scramber with what I think were about the same kind of carbs.
He had a hesitation when he started of but when he got around 3 or 4 thousand rpm it took off great that seems to be what I am getting.
He finally found he had a small tear in the diaphragm, So can I pull the tops off and pull the slides then replace them without buying new ones or gaskets to check or do I need to replace something new when removing.
Already checked vacuum hoses and such.
Thanks in advance for comments
Jerry
