Those vids are running the stock gl1100 curve in the C5..
Slabghost and I been working on another hot curve.
When I get a chance I'll program it in.
That's what the toggle switch is for, to switch between them.

After ten pages of denial, he now has posted " of course the tach is exponentially off. I told so in the thread." He is beginning to add words of divinity about himself as he talks in the third person about himself. I don't think he's in a good place right now. I'm pretty sure his only interest in all this is to create more hype so he can sell more of his product.
At least there was finally an admittance the tach is off, but the way he presented it is silly. No accountability with claims or statements. I am still trying to figure out what the "broken inner spring" has to do with the concept?

The point of my posting my video of my worn out '81 engine is that you can clearly hear when my engine reached 5000 RPMs. When you listen to his video (and watch) when his engine reached 5000 RPM, the tach was reading close to 7500 RPM. I can wind my gears out to redline on my '83 engine pretty quick and it sounds just like his?

So.....what is the point of his video? I am not responding to anything else in the induction series drama threads. Pointless if he is going to be allowed to say whatever he wants, belittle others (which happens often) denigrate other forums (which he does often even if AZ1800 doesn't think so).
yes, any one with an ear could hear his vid was clearly misleading. which is what i kept saying to the fool. i also pm'd the moderator and asked why they would let such an idiot have free reign.
the answer was long winded and polite, and i was told not to ANTAGONIZE capn emptyhead. (advice i promptly ignored.)
all i asked was to be answered. ha ha
so, i am done with that subject and capn birdbrain. and have asked them to delete my (shortlived ) account there.
ps
i do agree that some of his last posts , sound like a crazy man. strange... now , i have to get back to work on my solar powered
ignition system and my new wing engine that runs on water . :hi:

hmmm well for a dead forum as touted by john mod and the capt ....sorry guys were alive and doing great...as stated by me many times ....the dft carb is a epa deseased carb ....there made not to dial in ....and to operate in a very small window...if you want the oldwing to do what it capable of the epa carb has to be modded to return it to an adjustable strait carb....and about the only thing out there in info is good out of the box.....heat just mask the fact the carb wont dial in....im not saying heat dosnt do anything ...it dose help in certain weather condition...but it dose not dial in a nonadjustable carb in places it has to adjust to dial in on oldwing .....yes manifold delivery runner size ...big plenum to no plenum dang near make some difference....

but the biggest reason the SCC world has problems is .....NOT BEING ABLE DIAL IN THESE EPA NOT FULLY ADJUSTABLE CARBS

the one barrel carb on dans bike is a strait carb .....and in few days it was jetted and dial in ...

it operates to its best capabilties ....hmmmmmm i cant think now who first looked at this carb as prospeck for oldwing ...old willies carb of new manfacture....its how roll here....

work show and tell here for the benefit of all....we have a nice runnig SCC program...works well and should not be bashed by other forums and people who dont feel free exchange of info and do anything derail it ....you will not get far messing with people of classic :thank_you:

somehow getting your faked vid on you tube top list makes it legit ..... :smilie_happy:

Dan's video really needs to be posted in Captain Jackass's hi po thread over there. If I read it right he was taunting us for a comparable video.

Edit, having trouble pasting from my phone but he asks pdbro at least three times for a video.

So far pdbro is champ at putting up with cpt moron. :thanks: again! All the vids are on you tube for anyone to watch. Hey cm85 :Doh2: !

I thought you were going with 3 valves per cylinder! :smilie_happy:
Sure.....easy enough done.
By making many loooong posts with big words and confusing sentences, it will be a snap to do. But I won't be able to share pictures with anyone.

If it isn't posted by the time I get home from work I'll do it. They all need to see Dan's superior scc.

~O~

Wait, it's not a comparable video because it doesn't have any broken valve springs :smilie_happy:

Gees, what a way to make yourself appear superior by fabricating a story that the oldwing valve springs break.
The springs are not the greatest but they are not prone to breaking

Not comparable because it's a wing! Oh wait he (said ) it was. Coulda been any 3-4 cylinder bike with a vetter fairing.
