Entrance to Oso Flaco. About 3 miles from Hwy 1 to small parking area, then 1/8 mile walk on a cleared path with abundant poison oak on each side. Walk further for beach access via sand dunes.
Yeh, I was warned once while fishing in Jefferson City at one of the local fishing lakes there, that the run off from the golf course right next to the lake has comtaminated the lake and fish....Now that's just upsetting..
