Hi everybody,I have a 85 1200 LE 77000 exterior is in perfect shape,however it sat for years,I"ve run seafoam through two tanks seems to be running better,however on a cold startup ,it starts right up and idles smooth on high idle,but it has awful smell of fumes like its running to rich it...

Been runnin stabil for years ,bike sits for 5 months , starts right up in the spring

My 85 1200 LE when it starts cold it has strong smell of fumes like its running to rich,it burns your eyes, and yet it starts right up on high idle and runs smooth after warmup its ok. It"s fuel injected. I"ve run two cans of seafoam through the fuel sys. in 400mi. The engine runs great,good...

Hi everyone,great to be on the forum; I have a 85 LTD with 77000 on her,exterior in excellant shape,the bike sat for years ,so needless to say I have some work to do ,fuel sys.clean wiring harnesses ,ect. so I will have alot of qestions,now if I can learn how to use the gallery. :thanks: Larryb
