    Well I think I screwed up ?? I came across a "great" deal on e-bay for a new tire, I just received it and it's a tube type. is it OK to use this on a 1982 gl1100 stock rim? if so should I use a tube ? thanks for any info

    Thanks for all the comments...Here she is with fenders ( made from a Chevy Van spare tire cover that someone had in the trash ) and a fiberglass cover for thr rear. :builder:

    Hi , well I'm not sure how much it weighs , I can lift it ?? it really could be built out of much smaller, lighter material, but like I said , I used what I had.. after buying the tires and rims "used" I prob. only have under $200 in it.

    to Chasrogers..go for it....it's lot of fun, it don't need to be perfect., even the frame could be a little "un square" just make sure the wheels are aligned with each other, and with the rear wheel, allso there needs to be an adjustment "up and down" for the wheel, to set comfortable spring...

    Thank you, it handles GREAT, In the past I've had a Harley with a side car, and a VW trike with a long front end...this one is MUCH better than both of those, even in a 25 mph cross wind, no problems.. I have fenders , and a fiberglass cover ofr the back on it now, I'll post those pics. asap
