    lol, it would have been a little quicker but in my excitement I forgot to put the shifter back on, well of course it had been running just long enough to get the pipes hot and I had a heck of a time getting that shifter bolt back in :)

    Thanks, looks like $129.00 I think that will be the ticket. I can get a working used one from the salvage yard down the street for $100 so for the minimal price difference might as well go new. Out of stock though :(

    Well, the rebuild didn't fix it, as soon as i opened it up I figured it wouldn't help. The brushes were in pretty good shape, not much carbon build up. The wires on the positive side of the brushes were in bad shape though, almost all the insulation was gone and the wires inside the housing were...

    It will work on just about any plastic. That is one of the better kits. The 3M one is the best by far but it is a lot more involved

    Starter is just shot, doesn't even spin when you hit the button. Battery is new and charged. We bump started it and rode it, it runs great.
