Pics make it look better than what it is. A rattle can gold repaint shimmers well in the sunlight. I am going to rebuild the basic bike but the touring items will be removed to be given away or tossed. Sorry but I saved the bike from a junkyard death and was not really interested in the touring...

Thanks for the welcome. Nice to meet everyone. This is what I'm starting with. An 82 Aspencade. 39,000 miles. Left outside in the weather. Not running. Most of the plastics have cracks or damage. Will be going without the touring pieces since most are damaged. $500 with good title. Worth a shot...
