Removed the bags and the reflector. Pulled the rusted mufflers out. I zip tied the HD mufflers to the frame and using a piece of house wiring, shaped the sample for the exhaust pipe, both sides. Going tomorrow to look for a shop to bend my pipes.

From your pics, the clip is dirty and I cannot tell the damage you point out. If you think it’s damaged, replace it. They are still available at mother Honda. The piston looks like it has crud around it? Have you removed the pistons? I recommend you take the caliper apart, clean it up well...

Nice work! Your intake, is it a vw type 4 that's been walled in for heating or is it a completely different build? I am looking to do something similar. Can you post some more pics of it from all sides?
