Hello All, I have a 1984 goldwing 1200. Been sitting 20 years. I noticed that when I turn on my turn signals, my running lights, and headlights pulse in rythm.. very faintly. Signals work perfect. I didn't like this as I have to get this inspected in 2 weeks.. so I just finished rewiring...
