fuel pump install GL1000 1976
Reinstalling the head on the right side. When installing the fuel pump it is crushing the cam seal. Am I doing something wrong ? Seems it would ruin the seal. Yes this is my first time doing this on a GL 1000. lol The head is torqed and rocker arms installed. Any one done this lately ? TIA -

Head Gasket sealer ? 1976 GL1000
I just finished cleaning up my right cylinder head. Lapped the valves. I have new gasket ready to install. My Honda manual says use gasket sealer on both sides of the gasket. Also says to put moly on the head bolt threads. I thought head bolts are torqued dry. Any advise appreciated for both of...
