The horn and trailer lighting run directly from the battery so I am not too worried about them messing with the small wiring in the glass fuse panel. But the radio and voltmeter are running from the acc terminals on the fuse block. The voltmeter is really only measuring voltage in the system at the fuse panel and not battery voltage.
