Message: <blockquote data-quote="mcgovern61" data-source="post: 231901" data-attributes="member: 59"><p>Since selling the Slug back in May 2021, I haven't ridden since.  I stopped before some of my conditions worsened.  (I was able to put off knee replacement as a result.)  For me, my arthritis is so significant I don't think riding again would be a smart idea.  I am 64 and hope to fully retire by 67.  I am very lucky that I work for an international engineering firm that has allowed me to work remotely since 2012.  (Mostly their fault as they closed our NJ office and then our CT office.  Had to work somehow.)  My wife has long covid with many complicating factors and needs me to help care for her at her worse times.  We sold our house in NJ (and sold our 1956 Chris-Craft at the same time) and relocated to northeast TN.  Two of our daughters with their families and grandkids are down this way so we can count on them for help when needed.  We purchased a spec built, single level ranch style home so everything is still new and likely not needing maintenance for a while.</p></blockquote><p></p>
