I did the same thing,only used 2000 wet paper and a jewelers file on the bore and slide. One was actually seized. 2 days of PBblaster and then boil.Afterwards,the cap and piston would'nt fot together anymore. I just swapped in slide and cap from other set. I made one good rack out of 2 bad ones.Rode it around the neighborhood yesterday,woohoo.</p></blockquote><p></p>
