Ok guy's. 1981 gl1100. from side of switch assy. to end of handle bars are measuring 5". Both side's on both bike's. The grips I took off were right at the end of the handlebars. I ordered a new set for 18 gl1100 and they came as 6 1/4" long. Which is about a little over a 1" over hang at end...

Wanting to install handlebar windshield on GL1100. I been kicking around the Slipstreamer Enterprise S00 or the original S03. I dont want to drop alot of money on it. What do you all thing. Going to be running hondaline saddldbags.
