With weber you have started with one of the best carburettor manufactures, most other choices will be inferior in quality and in my opinion if you are going away from stock carbs I would prefer a brand new weber

Weber (dft) is not all it's cracked up to be.
I will detail this better in a single carb thread, not this thread.

:0fftopic: C5 is programable so you can select multi spark or single spark. It is still wasted spark in the true sense of the word as you have 2 coils firing for 4 cylinders.

I see. Thank you.

Is there a useable ignition that doesn't use wasted spark? has anyone attempted a coil on plug setup?

Yesterday got to ride close to 150 miles, got home about 35 min before rain hit, :smilie_happy: nice downpour to sit in the garage & watch, dry & warm.

I think I seen that on the NGW site, a couple years ago it is probably buried by now.

looking clean!

Do you have any audio or video with audio of your pipes cut like that? Did you hollow the chambers out too?

Could you describe the difference in sound please?

Very nice! Thanks for taking the time to tape it.

That sounds better that I expected. I hope mine can sound like that.

Did you hollow out the chambers inside?

I've heard in some states you have to catch up, or pay for the years you owned scoot & not buy any plate. That would suck & not in a good way. :sensored:

California is that way along with a penalty. It can add up real fast.
