If I had the confidence that I could mend the bracket and it would be safe enough to trust with the bike up I'd do so... Luckily there's not much rust on the frame, none down on that bracket. Here's what I've been up to so far on the rebuild: https://hondagl1000.blogspot.com/

I'd love to get a center stand on my recently acquired project Goldwing. Unfortunately I looked at the bracket and it's bent... I wonder when along the bike's 35 year life that happened? :headscratch:
