I removed the clearcoat from the valve covers and polished the aluminum to a glossy finish. The cam belt cover is aftermarket chrome.

On my '82 Standard, I had a Plexi-faring III that extended past the handgrips. It worked great for deflecting cold, winter air!

First question is, did you bench sync the carbs before installing them? Also, did you clean out the accelerator port in each carb?
