If you have trouble cleaning out the idle circuit I use muratic acid through a syringe with a needle to volcano all that green aluminum gunk followed by water in another syringe. Poke the passage with a filament of steel throttle cable to help the process. Full eye and face protection of course.
The vacuum dome screws should be JIS, so they have been replaced and the domes probably removed. I would find a set of chrome "garnishes" to tie front and rear carbs together before separating them from the plenum. Usually no real need to separate the carbs from each other (IE keep 1&3, 2&4 paired up). They are fiddly to get aligned back together. You will need an ultrasonic cleaner large enough to hold a pair, though.
I'm not rebuilding them till I need them and I put those screws in because the originals were out so I just stuck those in I always separate the carbs so to clean varnish off the throttle shafts
