The three yellow wires are not patched together; they are connected separately to three more yellow wires via 3 solderless spade lugs. This suggests the factory connector failed at some point. I'd say the conversion has not been done, either. Yeah? --Dadhog

Thanks; I pulled the radio/CB unit and the cassette player, and the drain did not go away. Good idea though; maybe there is more than one battery drain?!?

Oooh, interesting! I have no idea. How do I tell? Is the conversion documented here somewhere?
