Sorry about the Webers ...but kind of knew the outcome ..bike looks good very nice ...should sale easy ...but who know in the world craziness going on nowdays ...

The 81 rim is narrower I think 2.75 and 82 and 83 rim is 3" ..the 83 swingarm will handle a wider tire but finding a wider tire for 81 rim might not be easy thing to find

Thanks podjones as always I made a project out of it ..this 87 yr vette has long runner TPI FUEL INJECTION ..MADE GOOD TORQUE JUST OFF IDLE ..I LIKE THAT BUT THEY WOULD RUN OUT OF STEAM 4500RPM ..SO I PUT ON BIGGEST TPI LONG RUNNER INTAKE ..BEST FLOWONG HEADS ..HEADERS ..PROBABLY PUSHING 400HP...

Good move this randakks push of this set up was a complete failure and extremely overpriced ...plus he discounted people like me and others who used single carb set up ...claiming stocks were better ...but his side mounted exposed to weather was better than stock ...it was all pure BS ...I HAVE...

Porting may help but it might actually hurt it ...this is the big problem with this set up ..I never seen one actually perform well ..this is all opinion as I've never work on this set up at all ...but ran with one once it was no challenge at all .. Not what I would high performance set up

Razman if it's running good low rpm and higher rpm but not AR mid rpm ...it flowing ok ..it's my opinion that it's either ignition timing advance issue or carb issue ...the reality is thetes way to much carb in this set up in my guess I'd say it's just getting flooded with gas charge and not...
