the rear brake stays on and drags for a minute after i use it.on my 81 interstate.i checked the fluid its full.do i have yo remove the side bags to bleed it off?will that help?i had an xs1100 that i had to bleed off the front brake once every two weeks till i changed the fluid.it would be stuck...
