Just wondering if you all had the same trouble, I have seen other sites I couldn't connect to but ebay was always there, glad I didn't plan on bidding this morning. Been this way for about an hour.

Hmm, I tried my chrome and safari and neither would work, Had the same problem last night with NGW forum..I wonder if I have a bug in my computer, I would hate to think something is saddling up with all the sites I visit. Have spybot and Virus scan and use them regularly, everything is clean..Maybe I`m just being paranoid.

Sounds like a trojan virus attempting to re-direct and your software is stopping the re-direct but preventing actual access to the real sites.
I was on eBay a while ago (8:45 AM), and it was fine. Good luck with your system!!

Could be, I just ran my bot and virus scan and it was clean..The other day I cleaned my registry and came up with 20-30 silverlights, I didn't think twice and deleted them like I always delete no path items..seems excessive amount though.
My Internet explore goes on no problem though, just my Chrome and Safari.
Anyone know of a good online scan I can use to re check? I used to use trend micro house call but now it seems they want you to register and more then likely will install some other garbage I don't want on my computer.

It happened to me also.
The usual ebay.com doesn't work.
Google showed there was a problem on North America only.
One of them suggested the link below. This works for me.

Thanks guys, I went to the tools on Crome and deleted all cookies..Ebay loaded instantly..I guess it was a cookie problem, now to go to Safari and do the same I guess, Weird both browsers would do the same thing though.

I think there was definitely a network problem with eBay.
This morning I tried to access it with Firefox and didn't work.
I moved to different PC and tried IE and didn't work.
Now both PCs and browsers can access eBay.
