Oh the joys of baseball! The crack of the bat and the cheer from the crowd. They are playing once again in Williamsport so, for me, baseball season is finally here. They don't play for money and the players still shed a tear when they lose. Hot dogs still cost $.50 and admission is free. Yeah, Baseball Season is here!
It should be interesting tomorrow when the Pennsylvania team takes the field. A few years ago the team from neighboring Clinton County had crowds that set the new record of 41,848 while the major leagues were struggling for attendance to break 10,000. I wonder what the Philly faithful will do...
