Ok everone, we got the kreem tank liner done :clapping: but, there are some tips that I can share after this exiting event :Awe: definitely follow the directions that come with the kit, but there are some things that they don't tell you that are wing specific. :Doh2: As we all know, our tanks are unique, they have 2 screens in them, one has a long steel line that takes allmost center/rear of the tank, the other I believe is the res. inlet on the side @ the petcock. Well, you basically have to pour in the kreem from the fuel fill (Gas Cap) with the tank turned in such a way that you miss the screen on the side, but at the same time not filling the center screen, If you mess up, it will make for a very long day. :builder: to block off the sending unit hole, my pops cut a piece of sheet metal (thin) and used the old gasket and lock ring so we could shake the tank in step 1 of the kit, He also made a block off plate for the petcock valve and removed said part, using a cut piece of old bicycle inner tube to seal it off. (sorry no pics camera broken) so we were able to soak the inside of the fuel line as well as the tank removing all the varnish. In step 1 make sure you rinse the tank like your life depends on it... :beg: remove all block off plates etc. and Quickly move to step 2. Don't breath in the fumes from the mek...made the rest of my day interesting :smilie_happy: without any delay, and I mean any!!!!!move to step 3. Please remember to follow kreems instructions on this, I am meerely tring to give a little extra info. that I didn't have when we started this project. Hurricane. WHERE THERE'S A WHEEL THERE'S A WAY.
