More of a scooter than a motorcycle. Rekun the fine folks at the airport would have a problem with that as a carry-on? "Sir....please step to the side...."
 
The would have a problem with the gas and battery.. that is about all...and would have to be checked baggage.. to heavy for overhead and won't fit under da seat....
