voltage reducer for temp/fuel gauges

Hey friends, Anyone know where that voltage reducer is that reduces the voltage down to 7volts for the temp and fuel gauges?

The regulator is a small, goldish colored box, and it is behind the weight thingy on the front of the steering head...at least that's where it is on mine, if I remember correctly. I may have had to remove the back cover from the gauges, too.
