What is the ID of tubing on that carb Flange? Is it 1" id pvc tubing or 1-1/4" id tubing? 1" id PVC measures 1.040" I am not sure about the 1-1/4" id measures out at.

I agree what ever carb is being used, that should determine the fuel pressure. I will keep that info the back corner, dark spot of my mind, to answer, why does this run poorly.

I have a new Electric Fuel Pump from 85' honda prelude (Carb'd version) waiting for the SCC on the 84' GL12. I am not sure what the 85' Prelude carb'd version fuel pump pressure is, and will have to put a gauge on it to see before i worry about getting a fuel pressure regulator for it.

Hey DKL, Nice manifold build, Have you considered using a 1-1/2" id 5 position tee, and Not cut the 45's but glue the outside of the 1"ID 45's directly into the Id of a 1-1/2" id of the 5 position Tee,as the measurements should be very close for the 1" ID 45's od to fit into the 1-1/2" ID...
