What is the ID of tubing on that carb Flange? Is it 1" id pvc tubing or 1-1/4" id tubing? 1" id PVC measures 1.040" I am not sure about the 1-1/4" id measures out at.

I agree what ever carb is being used, that should determine the fuel pressure. I will keep that info the back corner, dark spot of my mind, to answer, why does this run poorly.

I have a new Electric Fuel Pump from 85' honda prelude (Carb'd version) waiting for the SCC on the 84' GL12. I am not sure what the 85' Prelude carb'd version fuel pump pressure is, and will have to put a gauge on it to see before i worry about getting a fuel pressure regulator for it.

I dont know if I would go into the Honda Dealer, If i was you, it's dangerous. I stopped into my local Honda dealer. I saw the new CTX1300 and the new GL1800 Valkyrie, I am not sure which one of those two, maybe both, will be in my garage soon. I am going back for a couple of test rides soon.

I would think Brake Master cylinders with a larger piston at both front and rear brake master(s) should provide Better braking, that and SS braided lines. I have a new set of Nissn brake masters on my shelf that have larger pitons but i have not installed them yet.

I did mine in an aluminum paint color, 2 coats primer and three coats color. I like the look since mine is a naked 83' GL1100 bike, more of it is exposed.
