done so far
Timing belts. new spark plugs, new battery, new fork seals, new fork oil, new lower rad hose, new oil and filter.
Bike now seems to run great. Compression is low but nearly same across all cylinders (125 to 130).
Please let me know what you guys think I missed. Bike has about 46000 miles.
I believe bike is overcharging now. Researching adding relay to fix this/
Thanks

For an overcharging situation, you can start by cleaning all the connections on the black wire feeding the voltage regulator. Resistance from corrosion makes the regulator think the battery needs more charge, when it is already full.
