    I cannot remember how flush the starter sits! It isn't all the way flush and I'm not wanting to start it until I get some confirmation that it's all the way in. Is this right?

    Did yours come with any instructions? I believe it installs in the drain bolt hole. I'll just go see what I can come up with. I'm just surprised I couldn't find any "How-To's" online.
