I'm rebuilding mine using a kit from Radnaak's. I had to drill the rivets out. I got the face plate off and everything else flew out. There is a part that's not listed in Radnaak's site/ blog... so I don't know the order of where it goes. Help?

Parts to Petcock:
Face Plate
Wavy Washer
Selector
Super thin white (nylon) disc <<<<<this is the part not identified on Radnaaks>>>>
Petcock sealing Disc (with 4 holes)

Any Ideas? Any For Sures? Thanks!

I can't find a genuine diagram as the petcock is not designed to be serviceable
I was going to try to repair mine but after my mate tried to repair his one from his CB900 without success I am leaning towards a replacement unit. I didn't realise that Radnaaks had a rebuild kit for them. If you have success with your rebuild maybe I will attempt it as well.

Here's what I did and it seems to be working... but I only have a quart of gas in...the photo shows the order I put it back together in. The brown looking thing is the nylon washer that I can't find referenced to. I will update after a week. The Randakk petcock disc is definitely made of great material.

I just looked at several in my stash. The early ones (rebuildable) don't have that washer and the later ones (non-rebuildable with the nylon washer) are all assembled in the order you show.
