Bought this last fall for my wife and I to cruise around on. The PO had bought it this way, and didn't have any of the fairings or bags - nor had they done any work on it.

So, I've gone through the carbs - #3 was running lean due to a hanging vacuum piston.

The PO's PO must have gone through them and put a Randakk's kit in there. They were quite clean, but I pulled the jets and whatnot anyway just to be sure.

Now I'm in the process of replacing the timing belts, water pump, thermostat, radiator hoses, rear shocks, brake pads, etc. Currently, my biggest obstacle is this bolt that broke off right beneath the old, leaking pump. It broke off flush with the case, and I'm in the process of drilling it out and attempting to extract it. If all else fails, I'll use a helicoil.

Also replacing the open pipes with these stockers that I just got in the mail yesterday. I think they'll clean up nicely.
