Is it supposed to be a sport bike or scooter. Does the pillion on that raise to be come a backrest?

A bike with more engine!!!! (And blue letters on the front tire, very hard to come by ya know!) :hihihi:

Yes, that model uses the pillion as the back rest, but it looks like they strapped a rooster fairing on a GXR...ick....I agree, they are going a little far, I mean I like the F6B or whatever they call that dark beast, but even then its pushing it. And since when is fly by wire controls a necessity on a bike. I fighter plane, yes, a bike, not so much.

I personally think that with the CBX 500 the ctx1300, AND the changes to the wing, and by the way, they ruined the Valkyrie...I thought they would have learned from the first Ruin or however you spell it.

And yes, maybe it is an age thing, but a lot of the young riders in this state, they want classic looks (god knows why they want to ride a crotch rotting harley in the heat). I think they need to pay attention to the Shadow lines, maybe relaunch the 1800 twin, and put some more effort into that Fury lineup they seem to be ignoring now. I mean look what Yami did with the bolt. Old school styling on a decent midgrade motor AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. Whoda thunk it would sell like crazy in the American market? Imagine that!

Wake up Honda, these annual releases of these waste of time design concepts have to cost a lot of cash and turn buyers away IMHO. ANyone remember that 700 auto they put out about five years back? the one remaining one that never sold at the local dealer is going for 3300 dollars, and still nobody wants that hideous thing.

Same here, I was like 9 years old. We had a family friend that took us on a bike tour and I sat on a harley for miles. It was loud, it vibrated, it stank, and I did not enjoy it. I got to change bikes and ride on the GL1000 that was fully dressed on the way home. I remember walking up to it and thinking...I don't know this thing looks bigger! But once we got underway, it was actually fun, and I was actually comfortable, and I had a BLAST cause I could talk to the driver, and he could walk me through how to be a passenger on the fly.

I have been stricken with Goldwings ever since, I have just not been in a period in my life to own one. And I think that's why I am trying so hard to bring it back after I killed it. I felt like crap when the old motor gave out and I did not even want to look at it for a week or so. I was sooo disappointed in myself.

Great original memories, just make sure that you persevere and make future good memories with you GW. Just write off those bad experiences as a training exercise, don't they say " the best way to learn is by experience"?

first those fugly nc700's and it looks like Honda used the same motor on this contraption
come on Honda don't you have one good designer in the studio cause this design by comedy isn't working
