81 Interstate seat and "tank" attach

Hi Folks. This project bike must be missing some parts. How do the seat and fake "tank" attach to the bike?

this is the 81 right....it has two bolts in front and two in the back for the flase tank ...and the seat attaches underneath the false tank in the slot provided and two bolts in the back or the spring loaded adjustable hardware like my 83 and 82 ...im not sure if the 81-80 are that way.... :mrgreen:

You are correct, Joe. It appears I am missing the bracket to which the rear of the false tank bolts. That is what's throwing me off. I found everything else. Part #132986-001 maybe.
