Is the difference in m/c's the piston itself? Is it the diameter of the piston or the valving?

'80 and '81 are the same. '82 went to dual-piston rear calipers, so the master cylinder piston/bore diameters changed. '83 went with linked brakes, and another M/C design. It's annoying, but it's what it is.
