I have the motor apart and the Alternator Stator gears are on more all the gears are broken off. So now I need the part.

Umm stator has no gears. Rotor does I think. Welcome aboard by the way.

That looks like the alternator output shaft.
Are the drive gears damaged?
If they are that is VERY rare.
Your best chance for a replacement without buying new is going to be other members with a bad motor or possibly Ebay.
I might have one laying around but it will be a few days to look in the garage.

It was running when I got home tryed to start it about 1Hr later and it locked up. Pulled the motor and that is what I found.
well this is good ...theres a lot of worst things that could have happen ...heck you got the motor out ...the parts souldnt be to hard to find ....put it back together after good inspection and go ...if it ran good before things started to go wrong its probably fine everywhere else

New gears came today put them in the motor and it turned over great on lock up.Now I need the gasket set so I can get it back together.

OK how do you get the rear motor cover on? I can get it on but the last 1/2" and I can not get it to move is there a trick to get it no?
