Not that...get yer minds outta the gutter.... :Doh2:
I been thinking about my old 750A Hondamatic I used to have. I sold it to my brother, and he sold it to the guy that stole all of the chrome stuff I had sent off to have done....but..I digress.
I sure would like to find another one. I think Mama would be able to ride one with no problems, since it's an automatic. Heck...I would like to ride it myself! I loved the one I had. It rode well, ran well, was fully dressed with cruize, stereo, solo backrest, Shadow Royal fairing, saddlebags and trunk. Sure do miss it. I been checking the local CL...only one listed, and it has been "choppered", and looks like crap...and the gal thinks it's worth $2000!! :smilie_happy: Yeah...lemmie know how THAT works out for ya....I paid $1200 for mine when I bought it, and it was only 2 years old at the time. I remember sitting on the dang thing NEW, in the dealer showroom when they got it, but couldn't afford the $2400 price. A good friend of mine finally bought it, rode it a couple of years, and sold it to me. Anyway...just waxing nostalgic, wishing I could find a good one for sale locally, or at least close enough to check out.
Anyone here know of anyone that has one? I prefer a '77 or '78, since they have the better exhaust, but...beggars can't be choosers! :beg:

I suppose it depends on if your willing to travel. I seen a nice one with low miles all stock that sat a few years and was leaking from the carbs other then that a nice looking bike I am thinking it was 15 or 1800..It has been a few months so memory fades but they are still around.

My son and I are going to get a couple dual sports in the 250-350 cc range so we can explore the mountain trails around us.
Other than that I wouldn't want anything smaller than a 650cc.
Slabsghost's KZ 650 is a pretty good bike and easy to ride.

I saw one last week at the local dealer. Hondamatic 750 with a fairing. The only problem is it's in Washington. I can go by and see how much they want for it if you would like.

Wash is a weeeee bit out of my ride zone! I been checking CL, and prices are just all over the place, anywhere from $400 to $3000!!! There is a local dealer that has a nice one, but they think it's $3000 nice....that's more than I paid for my Wing! :crying:

I asked me brother if he knew whether or not Mike still had my old one, and he tells me the guy died in a M/C wreck 3 years ago...but he don't know where the 750A might be. Said he would try to find a trail on it... :beg:
