In the continuing saga of my charging issues, I am working on getting all the parts together that I need for the stator replacement. Western Honda for all OEM parts, but what about the stator itself. What is the best aftermarket stator out there for a 1200 Standard?

I'd be looking at any for the 1000,1100,1200 replacement stators. Whatever has the best power and reputation. They should all fit.

That's the one I am looking for and to read the reviews (and there are a BUNCH), they all are great. I'm hoping to get some first hand experience.

I bought one from Rick's....been working quite well for over a year, so far.

I asked the same thing over on Saunders site, and Rick's seems to be the leader of the pack so far.

Just saw topic write up.Bought some stator's from Rick, & K&L a few years ago. Both were wrapped in news papers from Birmingham AL. Looked in the Dealer news source book. Custom Rewind made them all. Don't know if he's still building them, his name is Gary 205-798-7282 800-798-7282 FAX 205-798-7211 hope this is help full.
