collapsable/foldable trailor

I saw this thing at a blessing a couple years ago.It looks like it would save space,but I dont know how well it tows.
It folds up,and the top removes and folds up also.

looks like independant suspension, but looks a little nose heavy. It's a fine line, axle to far forward gives trailer wobble, too far back means to much tongue weight and makes front wheel bike wobble.
