There's a real sense of pride and satisfaction keeping a bike in such nice condition. Mine is only half that nice but I still enjoy it.
A lot of work though.

That's a nice clean bike, I had a friend who was a Yamaha XS 1100 nut, he custom built them and was a racer back in the day, his name was Bob Jones in Merriam Ks or KC really, he wanted $10.000 for one of his 1100's so the price is really not that bad for the miles and the shape it's in...Hey Sledge guess what? My bike is going to look something like yours, sorry man you really influenced me, I love your bike..Here's a sample...
