So to start with I boosted the batt installed new plugs and strted the bike. Right away first problem discoverd,gas pouring out of carbs. We, my 7 year old Tommy and I, dug right in and after some tricky throttle cable removal we pulled the "intake,carb assembly" off. 2 out of 4 bowls didnt look to bad. One looked like it was filled with soap flakes but the float valve still working,the first carb the axcelerator pump ripped and was corroded,also the float valve seized. after soaking in wd40 for 5 mins I freed the valve and chiped away the build up. I think my next step is to locate a good resorce to buy the carb kits, any suggestions? :thanks:
