I found some pics on the Wingovations site and thought I would show you some of the ones I liked the best. These are some great restorations.

The first one has a lot going on including the blacked-out motor and of course the paint and graphics work. The gator on the front fork was a nice touch. Needs a front fender in my opinion.

Same color scheme somewhat. The exhaust is killer and the gold in certain areas was a nice touch. Good looking bike.

The next two are similar but the craftsmanship is so apparent. The totality of the all the work that has been done is staggering.

All of the painted accents on the second bike make this my favorite of the two. That gauge on the right side of the fairing is very cool.

Here somebody went nuts with the fiberglass. Still looks cool.

Nice paint job. Notice the tiller bars.

One more.

That is a beauty. The seat treatment, painted air scoops, pipes look loud. Even the aluminum Comstars look right for this bike.

The more I look at it those silver guys might be the same bike, different times.
the silver Goldwing is cyborg's bike, he's a member on NGW and lives in SW Michigan. I usually see him at a few bike shows during the riding season

there are some really nice eye candy bikes at ngw ....they seem to excell in the naked cafe build type oldwings ....some really high dollar builds there ....when it comes to eye candy builds it seems oldwings really make a great platform ...all nice bikes in the pics and many more that are missing ...that are just as nice ..... :music:

Pics 3&4 the silver ones are the same bikes just opposite sides at different times.

Correct. Doug has had that bike through quite a few incarnations in it's time. He is known as the Father of the Dragon. Started that whole phenomenon way back with the Dragon Riders Association. Cyborg was specifically built to run that road.

By the way, he has just finished filming up there; not sure but I think for some TV program doing the histoy of the Dragon and Deals Gap.
