Hello folks! Nice forum. This is my second year of owning a Wing. She's an old 81 Interstate and in need of some TLC but a good runner and a joy to ride. My fiance and I did a 6200 mile trip last summer and aside from some battery troubles the ol' bike held up like a champ.
I'm looking forward to doing a lot more riding this year but before I get too excited I have to do something about the holes in the exhaust, broken speedo cable, ceased choke cable, a leaky valve cover, a non functioning radiator fan and a cracked driving light. I'm also considering striping it down to a standard Wing just for this summer only while I overhaul and possibly customize the fairing and luggage. That's all stuff for other posts.
