My name is Dave J and I am a biker. I have over the years owned over 25 bikes of all sorts. From little CB160s, 305 Superhawk, a special built KR750 Sportster for the street, many Suzuki's including a GT550 tripple 2 stroke and a hot GS750.

My first wing was a 80 GL1100i, I bought it Oct 3rd 09 and totaled it Oct 5th 09, YEP 2 days of riding and over 900 miles and POW. Broke all my left side ribs and sholder. I had a Suzuki 650 Scootor before that and put 54,000 miles on it in 3 years. In July 2010 I bought another 650 scooter, Dec 7th 2010 a 87 year old man in a RED Chevy PU pulled out of a 7-11 and POW, totaled that one too. Broke all my right side ribs, knee cap, right shinn, ruptured kidney and liver and so on.... Dec 24th I bought a new 650 scooter but could not ride it till March 2011. I now have 43,000 miles on her.

I work for Frontier (GTE, Verizon) and commute 41 miles one way to work, in all weather including snow on my 650 scooter. I am a DARKSIDER with a all season Mud and Snow Car tire on the back. :ahem: :mrgreen:

I am a retired US ARMY Signal Corp E-6/SSG. I did telephones in the Army. I understand electrical stuff. It's not all FM.

Glad to have a neighbor around.

I am transplanted back to the wet area here. Grew up here riding a lot of different rides. Then got a family. We been around for sure. Came back to this wet country from middle of Eastern Or - 4 seasons and some of the greatest peaceful riding country you could wish for.

My BIL commutes from Bonney Lake to Seattle 4-5 days a week on either a Triumph Legend or a Harley Electra Glide. About got him talked into another Wing.
