Do as the guys say above- centerstand it, and run some ATF in the fuel, but definitely give it another oil change and filter too- get that water out, it's really hard on bearings.

After you've changed out oil and run it, it'll clear up.

Reason Saga says... when it's on the centerstand, oil finds it's way down the cylinder walls into the chambers, so they get kinda 'wet-stack'y'. If you're parking it for more than a few hours, it's best to keep it up on the vertical. I keep mine on the centerstand when in storage in the barn, and I start it on the center and let it warm, rather than on the sidestand.
