At first it looked like regular river crossing but wow!
Maybe he might have made it if he didn't fall. But you don't know what's at the bottom in that condition I guess.

Looked like AZ highways.. and tx fm roads.. hard packed dirt until water hits.. then mud.... I would have not tried that...been near some of those flash floods.. they go down after a bit...
I kept looking for the flash flood, but what I saw was a rider on a motorcycle who thought he was on a jet-ski. All the warnings were there, so I am not sure why his video title reads “flash flood.”
