i am back here is my problem

I am taking the radio and wiring out of a 83 interstate the fairing is a Honda line factory can anyone tell me how to get all that stuff out of the fairing. the bike came with the clarion 2 radio the cb and cassette. I want to pull all that out and put just the clarion 1 radio system in the 83 Goldwing interstate will the 83 interstate wiring accept the clarion 1 radio. help please

I would take out the 2 storage pockets and maybe the turn signals so you can reach in and get at and pull the stuff through, I don't see any reason why a 1 wont replace a 2, you still need an amplifier so going into the right hand side may be unnecessary, only if the plugs are different.
