Hi, THIS IS UPMAN007
I own a naked 78 and just got done rebuilding carbs about 4 times, then I finally discovered THE PLENUM FUEL PASSAGES and the fact that no factory manual or otherwise, talks about it. But rus like new now. How do I buy t-shirt? Thanks---Mark :head bang:

Well I knew about the fuel passages and it took me 2X, the second time I bench checked it by filling with fuel and leaving a fuel tank sitting above them to imitate pressure, worked the throttle to check the accelerator pump(you dont have) worked the throttle and made a Vroom Vrooom sound to complete the test.

HI, Well ya, thats almost 4hrs from me Hey tell me about the 2 barrel carb on the1200 was it? That bike looks badass, if you can tell me about thr intake manifold, hows the performance--Thanks---- Mark
 
hmmm you might be talking me ... i have 1200 in 77 1000 bike ...it is heavily modified with 1000 and 1100 parts ... it has type4 vw maniflod...and 32-34 740 dft carb ... and has bathroom grab bar adapted runners from type4 to heads ... and 1 to 2 bbl adapter to high rise it and choke carb a bit and center the charge in the type 4 manifold ... on mine others here have other set ups on 1200 motors
