I'll bet WAY over the speed limit.
Around here that accounts for most accidents, especially at intersections.

Seen him speak about the incident last night, kind of a Wiley 25ish character, almost thought he was on speed but maybe just young enthusiasm, worried about his sunglasses after impact, Bet he gets an indestructible mentality from it, He thinks he has 9 lives but little does he know how lucky he was.
